I create effective, behavioral based training that allows learners to practice new skills before ever using them in a real life setting, so that they are confident when the time comes to put those new skills into use.I am passionate about creating engaging learning experiences that change behaviors and impact performance.

I work with you to determine what learners need to be able to do in their jobs, then creating training programs that teach those skills and behaviors.I will help save your organization time and money by determining what knowledge and skills your learners need in order to learn or change behaviors: be it making more sales, reducing errors, shortening on-boarding time or learning new software systems.

You’re learners will be confident using their new skills.

There are several ways we can work together:

1. I design the course: I work with you to define and identify the best way to meet your business goals. This involves exploring the behavioral change or new behavior you would like to see, understanding the audience and defining the expected performance goals. Then the curricula and storyboard for the lessons are created for others to develop.

2. You supply the training design, I build: If you have a storyboard ready for production, I can develop the material for you. I can consult on creating more behavioral based materials if you wish.

3. I both design and build your course: I will work with you to define performance objectives, design a course or series of courses, and then develop the final product for you.

4. Instructor led design and development: I’ll work with you and your Subject Matter Experts to design engaging, activity based classroom training.

5. Conversion of Instructor Led Training (ITL): You have a classroom course that you want moved to online, or redesigned to be instructionally sound. I’ll analyze the current materials and recommend delivery options based on behavioral and business goals. Then I’ll design courses and supporting materials for maximum efficiency and behavioral impact.

6. Revisions of previously developed eLearning courses: Did you receive an unsatisfactory course from a “professional” eLearning development company? I have successfully revised many courses for businesses who were unhappy with the final product received from online training development outfits. This nearly always is based on source material being poured into an electronic format, without any analysis or conversion to actual behavioral based learning. I can fix your crummy elearning courses and turn them into meaningful training, both instructionally and visually.
